As a key member of our customer service team, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. Your role will be essential in building lasting relationships and ensuring that every customer interaction reflects the high standards of Collector's Con.X.ion Inc..
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support: Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information.
Problem Solving: Resolve customer issues, complaints, and returns with professionalism and efficiency, turning challenges into positive experiences.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our unique range of collectibles, events, and services to provide accurate guidance and support to customers.
Order Management: Assist customers with order processing, tracking, and updates, ensuring smooth transactions and delivery.
Customer Feedback: Gather and share customer feedback to help improve our products, services, and overall customer experience.
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional tone.
Previous experience in customer service or a similar role.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a solutions-oriented mindset.
Empathy and patience when working with customers.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple inquiries.
A passion for collectibles, luxury items, and providing exceptional service.
